Shipping policy

1. Shipping & Packaging Charges

• Transport Costs: Shipping and transport charges vary depending on your location, order volume, and chosen transit method.

• Thermocol Box Charges: To keep live stock safe, insulated thermocol packaging with oxygenation is required for all shipments. Thermocol box charges are extra and depend on the size and quantity of fish ordered.

2. Order Confirmation & Dispatch Schedule

• Once your order and payment are confirmed, we will schedule a specific dispatch date and inform you via WhatsApp before sending the shipment.

• We schedule dispatches carefully to ensure live fish travel under the best conditions and avoid weekend transit holds.

3. Pickup from Station / Bus Stand

For live stock safety and faster transit times, many orders are dispatched via train cargo or private bus transport:

• Customers must collect their parcel directly from the designated railway station, bus stand, or transport hub as informed by us upon dispatch.

• We will try to share tracking/booking details and the expected arrival time once the shipment is loaded. It is the customer's responsibility to reach the collection point on time to pick up the shipment promptly.

4. Transit Delays & Weather Conditions

While we ensure professional packing, transit times are subject to local weather and transport schedules. Mumbai's Discus Gallery is not liable for delays caused by weather events, train/bus schedule changes, or transport delays.
